CYBATHLON is a unique non-profit project from ETH Zurich that aims to advance research in the area of everyday assistance technologies and promote the inclusion of people with physical limitations in everyday life. In the CYBATHLON Challenges, people with disabilities compete against each other in a unique championship to complete everyday tasks using the latest technical assistance systems. The teams compete in various disciplines, such as races with intelligent vision assistance technologies, with arm prostheses or with assistance robots, and have already brought incredible advances in assistive technology to the competition.
